    Register and Pay Online or by Mail

    After you sign-up, you will need to complete the Registration Forms and submit your payment for the conference. We ask that you send in your registration and payment as soon as possible so we can make proper accommodations for you. Simply click the “Donate” button below to submit your payment online. Please consider giving more than base participation fee in order to support others who may otherwise be unable to attend. We appreciate your generosity!

    Conference Participation Fee

    The participation fee of $120/person includes admittance into the conference, food, lodging, a Saint John Summer Conference t-shirt and much more! (If you only wish to attend some of the conference the fee is $30/day attended)

    This year the Saint John Summer Conference is offering a 30% group discount (just $84 each) for pre-registered groups of 6 or more. When you and your group members register please email us at stjohnsummerconference@gmail.com with the names of your group members so we can identify who should receive the discounted price.

    How to pay if you’re a group?

    1. Each member of the group needs to Sign-up online (see above).
    2. Group payment – pay online and specify the total number of participants in the “Additional Information” section of the payment form, or send a check for the total number of people to the address below or bring a check or cash to the Conference. Indicate the number of group members in the memo line of the check.

    Individual payment – pay online and specify which group you are part of in the “Additional Information” section of the form, or if you send a check, indicate your group name in the memo line of your check.

     

    Support the Saint John Summer Conference!

    Would you like to assist others who would otherwise be unable to attend the SJSC? You may choose to include an extra $10, $20, $40, or even the full participation fee, with your registration fee and your donation will go toward another participant’s fee. (2 Cor 9:12-13). If you are interested in making a donation toward the overall cost of running the SJSC, please use the online payment form or mail a separate check made out to Brothers of St. John. If you do send a check, please indicate the amount you’re donating in the memo line of your registration payment.
